Perforated sheets can be perfectly used in grilles and fan housing so as a part of the ventilation system. They also suit for soundproof enclosure of industrial halls. You can as well use them as a decorative element. They are used for lighting. They very well diffuse light. Sheets are possible to be cut, bent and rolled. Operations that can be performed on such sheets are divided into standard and optional. The standard ones include straightening, cutting to size, packaging on pallets. Additional, however, are for example bending, rolling, extruding, trapezoiding, binding into frame, welding, welding, powder coating, galvanizing, etc.
What they are made from?
Material of which perforated sheets are usually made, are the following: carbon and heat-resistant steel, aluminium, rubber and synthetic materials. The acoustic properties of metal sheets are for instance prevention from noise and the unpleasant health effects of it. It was proved that perforated metals are good to reduce level of sounds. The hole in the sheet consists of three components, produced during the manufacturing process: denting zone, cutting zone and uprooting zone.
